Position Overview
As a Senior District Executive, you grow Scouting by recruiting volunteers, expanding membership, building partnerships, and delivering quality programs that change lives. This role offers variety, purpose, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Expand Scouting into new communities and organizations
- Recruit and retain youth and adult members
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leaders
- Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and civic leaders
- Ensure safe, high-quality programs and leader support
- Lead fundraising campaigns and build donor relationships
- Set long-term growth strategies and celebrate success

Education
- Bachelor’s degree and age 21+
Qualifications
- Subscribe to Scout Oath and Law
- Evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- 1–2 weeks paid travel for training
- Professional Scouting experience

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (DOE)
